These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Vinyl Tee Co. website and your purchase or use of our products and services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products or services.

About The Vinyl Tee Co.

The Vinyl Tee Co. is an Indiana-based online business offering apparel, children's apparel, original designs, specialty products, and custom-design services.

We currently sell and ship within the United States.

Age & Purchases

Our website and online purchasing services are intended for adults.

Individuals under the age of 18 should use the website and make purchases only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Our sale of children's apparel does not mean that our website or online services are directed toward children under the age of 13.

Products & Availability

Products may be offered in limited quantities and may be changed, discontinued, or become unavailable without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline or cancel orders where permitted by law, correct errors, and update product descriptions, availability, and pricing.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display products, colors, descriptions, and images. Because computer and mobile displays vary and because garments and handmade or hand-pressed products can naturally vary, we cannot guarantee that every physical product will appear exactly as displayed on your screen.

Children's Apparel

Certain products may be available in infant, toddler, youth, or other children's sizes.

Parents and guardians are responsible for selecting an appropriate size and supervising the use and care of products purchased for children.

Product descriptions, sizing information, care instructions, manufacturer information, and any applicable warnings should be reviewed before use.

Handmade & Hand-Pressed Products

Some The Vinyl Tee Co. products are produced or finished by hand.

Small variations in print placement, color, texture, positioning, or other characteristics may occur. Reasonable variations are part of the production process and do not necessarily constitute defects.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed when applicable during checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, typographical, or technical errors. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we may contact you to offer an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund where appropriate.

Shipping

Orders are shipped according to the shipping options available during checkout.

Estimated processing or delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside The Vinyl Tee Co.'s reasonable control.

The Vinyl Tee Co. is not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Returns & Refunds

Purchases are subject to our separate Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of The Vinyl Tee Co. website—including original artwork, illustrations, graphics, product designs, photographs, logos, branding, text, product names, packaging concepts, website content, and other creative material—is owned by or licensed to The Vinyl Tee Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork, design, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.

You may not reproduce, copy, trace, modify, distribute, manufacture, sell, license, upload, commercially exploit, or create merchandise using our original artwork or designs without prior written permission.

Unauthorized commercial use of The Vinyl Tee Co.'s protected creative work is prohibited.

Custom Design Services

Custom-design services may be subject to additional project terms, pricing, revision limits, approval procedures, or licensing arrangements disclosed during the design process.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, payment for a custom design does not automatically transfer all underlying intellectual-property rights owned by The Vinyl Tee Co.

Any ownership or commercial-use rights associated with commissioned work will be determined by the terms specifically provided for that project.

Customer-Submitted Content

When you provide text, photographs, artwork, logos, graphics, names, trademarks, or other materials for use in a custom product or design, you represent and warrant that:

You own the material or have permission to use it;
Our use of the material as requested by you will not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and
You have obtained any licenses, permissions, or releases necessary for the requested use.

You agree to be responsible for claims arising from materials you supplied or specifically instructed us to use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Vinyl Tee Co. reserves the right to refuse a custom-design or printing request if we reasonably believe the requested material may violate applicable law, intellectual-property rights, or our business policies.

Design Approval

When a custom order requires customer approval, you are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully.

Approval confirms acceptance of elements including spelling, wording, dates, layout, and other visible design details.

Changes requested after final approval may require additional fees and may not be possible once production has begun.

Acceptable Use of the Website

You may not use our website:

For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
To interfere with website operation or security
To attempt unauthorized access to systems or information
To introduce malicious software or code
To scrape, harvest, or improperly collect information
To infringe intellectual-property rights
