Free Shipping: Orders of $85 or more

Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. No code needed.

Processing & Shipping Times

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, delivery time will vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During especially busy seasons, severe weather, or carrier delays, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Please allow a little time for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information.

One Order, More Than One Package

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered and how they're fulfilled. If your order arrives in more than one shipment, don't panic—the rest of the band may just be running a little behind.

You will not be charged additional shipping because we split an order into multiple packages.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed or redirected.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

Once a package is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and tracking updates are outside of our direct control. If something doesn't look right with your shipment, contact us and we'll do our best to help figure out what happened.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can help.
